Progga News Desk :
Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz has officially sworn in four new Assistant District Attorneys as part of the Spring 2026 ADA class. The newly appointed prosecutors—Fred Yu, Mikaela Cordasco, Mia Wolosky, and Benjamin Chesler—are set to begin their service in Queens.

Following the swearing-in ceremony, the new ADAs will undergo an intensive training program designed to familiarize them with every aspect of the District Attorney’s Office operations. The program will equip them with the legal knowledge, courtroom skills, and practical experience necessary to effectively carry out their responsibilities.

According to the District Attorney’s Office, this new class is expected to play a key role in strengthening public safety across the borough while also advancing a fair, transparent, and equitable criminal justice system for all.
